Do anyone remember the disney cartoon Fantasia? Mickey mouse, the apprentice to a powerful sorcerer?

While the sorcerer was away, he instructed mickey to fill a giant cistern with water from a nearby well. Mickey, who have been observing the sorcerer's magic, tries to bypass the chore by applying a spell to a broom and turns it into a water-bucket-carrying lackey... SUCCESS!!!!

While, Mickey was enjoying he soon feel asleep and the lackey carried on to fill up the cistern till it overfills and soon flooding the lab.!! That woke Mickey up and he did all means to stop the broom but it did not help.. IT WENT OUT OF CONTROL!

Soon the sorcerer returns and restores balance easily with the knowledge he had...
Mickey was bright young lad, very anxious to learn the magic. As a matter of fact, he was too bright because he did magic before learning how to control them...

Scientist nowadays are like Mickey Mouse, they do stuff that they do not understand. We are born in the environment in which mother nature provides, however we created a world we want to live in, thus creating disaster, and inbalance of nature order which we can't control....!

I do believe that each and everyone of us had felt neglected, pushed aside... Do you feel like JUNK?
Well i do feel like JUNK sometimes however always constantly tell yourself... am i junk or treasure?

What happens when you think you are junk? Naturally you will act like Junk.. like i said, what you think is what you get... if you think you are junk... your mind will tell your body... you are junk and you will then emit the energy to your surrounding and soon you will find yourself feeling not only a Junk but also unhappy....

So in order to stay happy, let it go... sometimes when they think you are junk... sit back and reflect... what was the surrounding like? what were we talking about? what could be the factor to make that person feel that way? Because we are all survivors, made up of trillions of cells which are programmed for survival... We have to play back the whole scene and watch it from a 3rd party camera and see what is going on...

And soon, you will find yourself more enlighten, more happy and lastly surrounding will feel for you...

Treasure is what you are now! Think like a treasure, behave like a treasure and soon people will treasure you the way you want it to be...

Doing my best to overcome the feeling of me losing my UM-2 and also know that my chance for going to KK for IS may not happen.... MY OH MY!!! i am put to the test... =(

However i still have my goals in front of me. The actual goals that i want, the actual goals that i need, the actual goals that is more important than these small goals in my current life.

Therefore, studying hard in NLP and hopefully more techniques and also in my school work will lead me for a better person..

Motley Crue lead singer is now 47 years old... however their songs are slightly mainstreamed -.-! kinda sad...

Hopefully there will be legendary band such as led zeppelin, the who, van halen, deep purple and many more...

With the lost of his beloved Ipod touch earlier this year, he had undergone trauma once.

The lost of his Westone UM-2 made him undergo a new revolution... currently his mind is at state of anarchy... gone.. poof to his mind that governs him.

The beloved UM-2 had been misplaced and at that current point, once he realised it. It was too late, UM-2 officially lost...

He will return as an audiophile much stronger and much more clarity, bass and now equipment with triple driver UM-3!

Before that happen, he will have a shift of mindset... Sunshine.. sunshine.. sunshine... where is the light that he needs...

Communication Devices

We are so used of the accompany of communication devices.

Handphones, laptop, internet so on... are all part of our lives. Telephone for example was invented in 1844 and till today, we are using it.

What happen when someone is left alone without any communication devices?

Ans: That particular person will either miss out a lot of action or gone crazy and suffer depression.

However, some people which i do not understand brings their communication devices but do not bother looking at the.. Thus these become a problem rather then using it to ease our problem. It backfired the idea of telephone / mobile phone.

What can be done? Well i have no idea and hopefully i can come out with and idea of communication device that is not like a mobile phone or a telephone. Rather it is a communication device place in our brain that will auto recieve any message sent by others or pick up any phone call made by others.

Below is my idea of the communication device..... Wish me luck..

Isn't it wonderful to see that sportsmen & women from all country come together every 8 years and participate in the game which they have passion in?

Despite the different language they speak, the different skin tone color, the political issues the government had created. They got together and play the sports enjoying themselves. Isn't that world peace in which many of us are seeking for?

We all belong to the same home, use resource from the same planet. Why can't we live in peace?

I personally love this picture very much. This is what we call racial harmony and world peace. The smiles collected each show us nothing but happiness and how friendly we can be.

So the next time when you are outside, such as on the train, bus or even in the cafeteria. Look at the person beside you and smile if necessary. If you start doing it now and soon the word will spread and everyone will be doing the same.

Usually when we wake up, the first thing that go into our mind is yawn... i want to sleep more.... and stuff like that running in our mind.

To have a good start of the day... do tell yourself that I have 2 choices to start your day... either be good mood or bad mood.

If you choose to have a good day by having good mood, you will most likely start of your day smiling and enjoying your morning. However, what if something bad happens? Well you can just tell yourself that you can either be the victim or learn from it. What is the cause of the problem? What can you learn? What can you do to avoid it ?

Take a cup of coffee, milk, tea, whatever drink you like.. sit down.. drink it and enjoy your morning. It will definitely make your start of the day a smooth sailing process.

Do not rush and make yourself panic.. trust me i had done it before and the experience is not what i like to go through... very very hectic, accident prone and my day will not be a happy and have no process which i can really enjoy...

Enjoy life while you can... =D

Sometimes people say seeing is believing. Is that always the case?

Do you believe seeing ghost? Or is it just some illusion.. or perhaps your vision is deceived by the electrons floating around us.. Sometimes electrons may or may not create some miracles that made us see "ghost" that look like human? Or perhaps its our brain playing trick with us... I have totally no idea... Seeing is believing... but seeing does it make you believe? I wonder.... More scientific read up had to be done.. =D

Do you believe in magic? They say its an art of illusion.. Look at Criss Angel, David Blaine so on... these people are able to do wonders.. MAGIC! WOW!
But focus your attention to Harry Potter.. its a magical magic wow-lious show... but is it possible? Since the two illusionist i mention did what we can't do.. Ermm.. Seeing is believing??

OK okay... i will do time management and have my exercise...

Stopped going to the gym and working out for almost 6 months or more? I can't recall... THAT's HOW BAD IT WAS!!!!

ok... i will now control my diet....

1st meal : Oatmeal with raisin + a glass of milk

2nd meal : Egg sandwich + coffee

3rd meal : Egg sandwich + fries nah.. just kidding... it would be chicken chop rice

4th meal : Rice + veggies + meat ( depend on my mum) or alternatively protein shake if i purchase them

5th meal : Glass of milk + oatmeal with raisin

Now for the exercise part!

Monday - 6 am : 50 squats , 100 push ups, 60 crutches, 20 leg lift
5pm : 50 crunches, 50 push ups, 20 leg lift, 25 squats

Tuesday - 6 am : 50 squats , 100 push ups, 60 crutches, 20 leg lift
5pm : Jog

Wednesday - 6 am : 50 squats , 100 push ups, 60 crutches, 20 leg lift
5pm : 50 crunches, 50 push ups, 20 leg lift, 25 squats

Thursday - 6 am : 50 squats , 100 push ups, 60 crutches, 20 leg lift
5pm : Jog

Friday - Rest

After a few weeks, slowly i will increase the reps and hopefully will lose some weight before me going back to my old schedule in the gym

Number 1 :
Don't compare yourself with anyone in the world, if you compare, you are just insulting yourself.
(What others can do, i can't do. But what others can't do, i can do. Why comparing making your life miserable)

Number 2:
No one manufacture a lock without a key, similarity, god will not craft a problem without solutions.
(Stay calm and look at your problem. Anxiety, anger and all bad emotions clouds our vision)

Number 3:
Life laughs at you when you are unhappy, but it smiles at you when you are happy. MORE IMPORTANTLY, it SALUTES to you when you BRING joy to others.
(Join Rotaract club and spread your joy. I am not advertising for anyone but this is my one cents worth thought)

Number 4:
Every successful person has a painful story. Every painful story has a successful ending. Accept the pain and get ready for success.

Number 5:
Easy to judge the mistakes of others, but its difficult to recognize our own mistakes. It is easier to protect your feet with slippers but difficult to cover the earth with carpet.
(Accept criticism openly, as for them if have to)

Number 6:
No one can go back and change a bad beginning. BUT anyone can start now and create a successful ending.

Number 7:
If you miss an opportunity, don't feel it with tears or regret. It will hide another opportunity in front of you.
(These feelings CLOUD your visions, clear your mind and look again at the possible solutions)

Number 8:
"Changing the face" can change nothing, "Facing the change" can change everything. Don't complain about others; change yourself if you want PEACE.
(Adapt to your surrounding, be a survivor)

Number 9:
Mistakes are painful when they happen, BUT year's later collection of mistakes are called experience, which lead to success.
(Do not be afraid to make mistakes. No one will blame on your mistakes if you admit it. However, if you decide to fight for your right when you did a mistake, it is an awful experience gained)

These few days are not stressful but busy... in school to get my scan results can make one train their patience..

Had a meeting today... WOOO finally i had the games planned out for the club installation... muahahahahhaha i am almost done.. have to only send some emails and wahhhh laaaa! done!

18-20 july i will be having my club install at aloha... ALOHA WTH IS THAT PLACE MY GOSH!... chalet is like sooooooo huh? WHY CHALET AT A PLACE I DON'T KNOW!? HAHA BUT I AM WILLING TO FIND OUT =D

We are blinded with excuses and so unable to achieve something.

Therefore change your mindset now... when you wanna learn something.. .say ok i will make time for this i will learn it..!

As long as we prioritize time properly... manage our time well... we have ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD!

I had my dentist visit after like so many years... Didn't even know how i had that appointment..

Went there as usual dentist check my teeth.. when she said ok i will not start to clean your teeth... AHHHHH!!! start to worry....

The sound i hear was greeeeeeee grreeeeeeee wahhhhhhh fiercesome... water splashing around like mad... Pain is coming.. and the pain is ONE HELL OF A PAIN!.. DAMN

Blood seen, i teared a bit, 2 ladies in the room with me, awkward scene, embrassed me, and two word, BAD EXPERIENCE....

Was out with my classmates at CWP for dinner...

We soon went into the topic of homosexuality.. Gays and Lesbian..

Sorry gays... but i am an anti-gay chap.. Reason why i hate them? is very simple... DO YOU LIKE TO GET AHEM AHEM IN THE AHEM?? !!! MY GOD!
However, if we know each other and we are friends.. don't worry as long as i do not see any gay action in front of me.. its okay.. but if i see any 2 guys hanky panky in front of me... OMGOSH!.. i will sooo puke out my food... =.=! GAYS! DAMN IT!

Soon we were walking and i wanted to buy a baby bottle...I think its quite funny for a guy like me to use a baby bottle in class... DOPE SIAL! but still it was not that worth it... end up.. i have gotten something even more weird... Guess it.. and if you got it right.... YOU WILL BE REWARDED! WOOO... Time are the most valuable thing on earth. Our only possession that money cannot buy is time..

Do you think that your time used now by reading this blog or watching TV shows are being consumed?

While clearing my drawer i found a note from my tutor a long time ago.

I have not heard from you for a long time.

Time is passing by at the fastest pace since Singapore rope in many hi-tech ways of life. What have you been doing to upgrade yourself?
Do something more or of a higher standard (even a fraction more) can make you stand out in the crowd.
To survive great, do not spend time when if does not bring you any benefit.

Ok.. look at it this way.. if you are moody.. and you listen to your favourite songs. That cheers you up..
When you listen to sad songs and you will realised your mood will change according to the song..
Listen to heavy metal songs and you will either find yourself irritated or you will be head banging all the way..

So music affects your mood.. Sounds affects your mood...
Mood affect --good--> Make money

Mood affect --bad--> lose money

So music or money makes the world go round?

Remember there can be no money.. but there cannot be no music

My vision is blurred.. lost. worried..having skeptical thoughts..

UNIVERSITY !!!! a place i want to go.. I NEED TO GO! OR else i would not have any idea what to be in the future....

In Singapore no paper no high pay.. no paper no good life.. no paper no life... GOSH! Its getting harder to live on this earth and society.. But i think that i have to keep going through hell... walking and walking till i will finally hopefully reach my destination...

Some may agree with me while other may not...

We are all born free... able to move around.. having freedom.. BUT we have restrictions..

Taking me for example..

I can leave home and join my friends at 1 am or 4 am.. I can mix around with who i wanted.. and there is no restrictions.. ( Free like a bird)

But every morning 0650... my alarm will buzz.. i will wake up, wash up and go school... DIE DIE must reach school by 0830. ( Do you see my chains slowly appearing?)

Now i do agree that we are bounded with chains... What about you?

Auditory - Hear, listen

What is short term memory??
At a very fast rate to forget something..

What is long term memory??
Relatively permanent
Have unlimited capacity of storage
Example of long term memory are writing, words, personal events, skills....etc...
However how to turn short term memory into long term memory??
Think simple... just repeat the process again and again and again... Practice make perfect..
Soon you will realise... you will remember things forever....
If you practice some more, soon it became your subconscious actions...
Do you need to think how to brush your teeth in the morning? Or its like an automatic action you will react when u brush your teeth?

Event + Response = Outcome...

The event could be anything... in school ( exams) or in your daily life (meeting up with friends)

Response is the action taken..

Outcome is the final product you will get...

Simple as that...

Positive response + Positive actions = Positive outcome..

What you think is what you get..

What we choose and what we want our response to be will lead to actions...

Actions will lead to outcome... So are you getting the outcome you wanted? If not think and analyze what is wrong with your actions, your response...

Negative thoughts always comes in when you hear negative comment or when you feel negatively about yourself.

Stupid, useless,hopeless, good for nothing, rubbish, junk. Are these words feeling up your mind when you think negatively about yourself?

What you think is what you get. Thinking negatively will programme your body to react negatively and you will never succeed in what you want to do.

In a previous edition of Success Strategies, I talked about how in order to be successful, we must first define what success means to us, and that means getting CLEAR about what you want, writing it down, and thinking BIG!

Control Your Self-Talk
Researchers have found that the average person thinks as many as 50,000 thoughts a day. Sadly, many of those thoughts are negative -- I'm not management material... I'll never lose weight... It doesn't matter what I do, nothing ever works out for me. This is what psychologists call victim language. Victim language actually keeps you in a victim state of mind. It is a form of self-hypnosis that lulls you into a belief that you are unlovable and incompetent.

In order to get what you want from life, you need to give up this victim language and start talking to yourself like a winner -- I can do it... I know there is a solution... I am smart enough and strong enough to figure this out... Everything I eat helps me maintain my perfect body weight.

Constantly Programming Of Subconscious Mind
Your subconscious mind is like the crew of a ship. You are it's captain. It is your job to give the crew orders. And when you do this, the crew takes everything you say literally. The crew (your subconscious) has no sense of humor. It just blindly follows orders. When you say, "Everything I eat goes straight to my hips," the crew hears that as an order: Take everything she eats, turn it into fat and put it on her hips. On the other hand, if you say, "Everything I eat helps me maintain my perfect body weight," the crew will begin to make that into reality by helping you make better food choices, exercise, and maintain the right metabolism rate for you body.

This power of your subconscious mind is the reason you must become very vigilant and pay careful attention to your spoken and internal statements. Unfortunately, most people don't realize they are committing negative self-talk, which is why it is best to enlist another person -- your success partner -- in monitoring each other's speaking. You can have a signal for interrupting each other when you use victim language.

Use Affirmations to Build Self-Confidence
One of the most powerful tools for building worthiness and self-confidence is the repetition of positive statements until they become a natural part of the way you think. These "affirmations" act to crowd out and replace the negative orders you have been sending your crew (your subconscious mind) all these years. I suggest that you create a list of 10 to 20 statements that affirm your belief in your worthiness and your ability to create the life of your dreams.

Of course, what to believe is up to you, but here are some examples of affirmations that have worked for others in the past:
I am worthy of love, joy and success.
I am smart and make wise choices.
I am loveable and capable.
I create anything I want.
I am able to solve any problem that comes my way.
I can handle anything that life hands me.
I have all the energy I need to do everything I want to do.
I am attracting all the right people into my life.

Believing in Yourself is an Attitude
Believing in yourself is a choice. It's an attitude you develop over time. It's now your responsibility to take charge of your own self-concept and your beliefs. It might help to know that the latest brain research now indicates that with enough positive self-talk and positive visualization combined with the proper training, coaching, and practice, anyone can learn to do almost anything.

You must choose to believe that you can do anything you set your mind to - anything at all - because, in fact, you can!

Life is not as tough as we see.. we often stress ourselves and thus unable to find the key to open the door of doubts.

Stress are like mist, they blur your vision and cause your sense of direction to go haywire.

I am currently reading this book by Bruce Lipton. The Biology of Belief

It says human are made out of billions, trillions of cells. Each cells are living and are constantly moving around. Cells when placed in the petri dish and toxic is added, the cell will move away from it. It is called the survival skills.

We human are made out of these cells, when we are in danger. We will force ourselves to either adapt quickly or move away to a comfortable spot. That is our survival skills.

Our mother earth had created every living organism to live in a simple manner. We eat, we die. Simple as that.

When facing a problem always think easy. Everything is easy. Think simple and you will find that you are somewhere closer to your answer.

If the cells can make a simple decision for survival and that is just to move away and we are MADE of cells. Don't worry. Survivors we are...!

It is exactly what i am doing now... walking in hell, suffering, pushing my limits.... But do i find happiness in what am i doing?

Came across a write up on this blog on the meaning of happiness...

"To discover that which true happiness is, one must first understand the functionality of the human condition."
"We as mankind have been condemned to a natural inclination towards self doubt."

These 2 sentence is exactly what i have been thinking and experiencing.. So is it the failure of obtaining happiness?
